What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are FREE, we always invite you to check the total cost of your order at the time of checkout.
For purchases made with cash on delivery, however, there will be a surcharge of €3.
How can I pay?
It is possible to pay by credit card, Paypal and in cash thanks to cash on delivery. It is not possible to pay by bank transfer.
Can I pay on delivery?
If you wish to pay the courier in cash upon delivery of the package you will have to select 'payment on delivery'.
Payment on delivery has an additional cost of €3.
Is it possible to return a purchased item?
